Jay Wiener, President
Jay Wiener is President and CEO, as well as the founder of, CorTechs. He has more than 25 years of experience in the information technology field as a manager and software engineer. Prior to founding CorTechs in 1997, Mr. Wiener served as the head of Federal, State and Local Government Services for Texas Instruments Software where he was responsible for running a $30M+ professional services organization for the leading vendor of integrated, automated CASE tools.

Dick Blom, PMP, Vice President Government Programs
As Vice President responsible for Government Programs, Dick Blom is responsible for all operational aspects of CorTechs’ Government Contracts and Initiatives, including Sales & Marketing, Account Management, Program Management, and Financial Management. Prior to joining CorTechs, Mr. Blom was responsible for the startup, growth and management of several different multi-million dollar business units for other IT services companies including 20 years at CACI.

Eleanor Hoskinson, Director of Administration
Eleanor Hoskinson is the Chief Administrative Officer for the company, responsible for managing all administrative functions within CorTechs, including Accounting, Human Resources, Contracts, Facilities, and Security. Prior to joining CorTechs in 1999, Ms. Hoskinson served in a similar capacity for several other companies.

Robert Linton, Sr. Managing Partner
Robert Linton has over 20 years of experience in IT and is a founding member of CorTechs. In his role of Senior Managing Partner, Mr. Linton is responsible for all aspects of managing the Software Quality Engineering business area for CorTechs, as well as our field office in Jacksonville, FL. Prior to joining CorTechs, Mr. Linton served as a senior software engineer for several companies, including Texas Instruments Software.

Larry Schink, Sr. Managing Partner
In his role as a Senior Managing Partner, Larry Schink is responsible for leading the Service Management and CA Solutions business area within CorTechs, as well as our field office in Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining CorTechs in 2003, Mr. Schink was responsible for managing the regional IT services practices for both Computer Associates and Sterling Software.

Jeff Highman, Managing Partner
Jeff Highman has over 12 years of experience as a software engineer and is a thought leader in the implementation of automated information technology solutions. In his role of Managing Partner for CorTechs, Mr. Highman provides expert consulting services and technical leadership in the areas of Enterprise Architecture, Application Integration, Service Oriented Architecture, and Full Life Cycle Software Development.

Ben Walker, Managing Partner
Ben Walker is an experience practitioner and leader in the information technology field, with over 20 years of experience as a software engineer and technical lead. As a Managing Partner for CorTechs, Mr. Walker provides expert consulting services and technical leadership in the areas of Legacy Modernization, automated and model based software development, and systems integration.
